Kelly Osbourne Mourning the passing of long-time friend and celebrity makeup artist Jason Kaplan.
“I’m heartbroken. I love you so much @JasenKaplan,” Osbourne, 41, wrote via her Instagram Story on Thursday, January 1. “Thank you for all the love, laughter and joy you brought into my life. I hope you rest in peace now. Life will never be the same without you! Rest in peace my dear friend.”
Kaplan died in New York on Wednesday, December 31 Page six the report said. The cause of death has not been released.

The New York Police Department told Page Six on Thursday that they are investigating the death of a 46-year-old man at Kaplan’s apartment building and that the chief medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
