There is so much beauty in it all,” she continued. “There are far more good people than bad people in the world. I say goodbye to the people who matter so much and say hello to the new ones. This year I have lived my dreams and my nightmares.”

Looking ahead to 2026, Pink is “respecting” and “paying attention” to her body’s needs.

“It may not have been a fancy face lift, but I have two new shiny discs on my neck. A new scar, a new reminder that I appreciate this container I have and make the most of it,” the musician wrote. “Rock ‘n’ roll is a contact sport. As I sat alone in the hospital room on New Year’s Eve while my family happily skied, I knew 2026 would be better because it was a choice I made.”

Let’s not be afraid to take care of ourselves and others. I choose to be happy and put hurt behind me. I will choose positive thoughts over negative ones. I will be angry at the loss of the light. I will reclaim my wild side. I will continue to look for the light, even when I experience darkness.”
