“Atheism” (2017)
In 1884, in New Mexico, notorious outlaw Frank GriffinJeff Daniels) and his criminal gang seek revenge against their former member, Frank’s protégé Roy Goode (O’Connell), who betrayed them. Fleeing those who wanted to kill him, Roy stopped in La Belle, New Mexico, a mining town run almost entirely by women, where he sought refuge with Alice Fletcher (Michelle Dockery). When word gets out that Frank and his gang have their sights on LaBelle, Alice and her compatriots join forces to fight the ruthless gang.

“Mindhunter” (2017-2019)
Criminal psychology and criminal profiling were in their early stages in the late 1970s, when the FBI tried to get into the minds of serial killers to help solve a case. FBI Special Agent Holden Ford (Jonathan Grove) and Bill Tench (Death McCallany) and psychologist Wendy Carr (Anna Torv) manages the Behavioral Sciences Division of the FBI Academy Training Division in Quantico, Virginia. In season one, they interview notorious serial killer Edmund Kemper (Cameron Britton) and BTK Killer (Sonny Valisenti), Season 2 focuses on Charles Manson (Damon Herriman).

Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough for Netflix, which axed the show after just two seasons. Nonetheless, the series (executively produced and partially directed by david fincher) ranks among the best crime dramas, weaving together extraordinary storytelling and intense character drama with a unique filmmaking style.
“The Bodyguard” (2018)
British Army veteran David Buddrocket manof Richard Madden) works as a police sergeant in London, assigned to protect Home Secretary and Conservative MP Julia Montague (Keeley Hawes) – a controversial political figure whose ambitions have seen her labeled a “sociopath” by her inner circle. While privately dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder from the war, David finds himself increasingly at odds with new accusations, torn between duty and personal ethics.
