Santa Claus feature Tim Allen Scott Calvin, a man who doesn’t really believe in Santa Claus. Or at least he didn’t, until he accidentally caused Santa’s death on Christmas Eve. When Scott and his son Charlie (Eric Lloyd)discovering that Santa Claus is now empty, the former unknowingly takes on the responsibility of Santa Claus.

At the North Pole, Scott is told that he has a year to get his affairs in order before he becomes Santa Claus for good. As much as Charlie loves his dad being the new Santa Claus, his mom, Laura Miller (Wendy Crewson) and her new husband Neil (judge reinhold), potentially ruining Christmas with Scott locked up.
